Headed by S-League and national football player, Juma’at Bin Jantan, 4 Hands Cooking is a family-run business bringing home-cooked traditional Malay cuisine to Yishun Park Hawker Centre. Their recipes have been passed down from generations and improved through the years. Traditional favourites like mee rebus, nasi lemak ayam, sotong nasi sambal goreng are available and they even have a signature soto kentang ball (minced meat covered in mashed potato shaped into a ball) which is a popular dish in Indonesia.
